Pretty good that you did this just from memory, his head is a bit wider than his torso though. And if you want to make him even more realistic then you should try to add some dark green spots in him like the real creepers.

Anyway, the center face is quite good in my honest opinion and the fact that we can't see his eyes make this quite interesting, the colors and the shading is very well done, however i think it would've looked even better if you did at least one of these things.
1- Make his eyes invisible for all the faces like the face at the center
or
2- Not give the third face's lips an upwards curve, it just doesn't look right. He looks more like a cocky guy than an angsty dude.

Pretty good but the mouth is slightly off, Fred has more chin and the mouth doesn't stretch that much to the sides.
Do you think you can do King Ramses next? That would be awesome.

I would've changed the colour so it wouldn't be the same, the background colour on one could be red while the other one could be blue for example.

You need to work a bit on the colors.
I also think you should just draw on a piece of paper, it's easier and most of the times the artwork is better. After a few days of drawing you'll see the improvements and then just scan the drawings and post them on NG.

It takes months to improve at least for some people.I'm better on computer because when I mess up i'm just one click away from going back with paper I erase so much I tear the paper and then there's holes in the paper.And I don't have money for a photo scanner.I think the colors look fine unless your talking about shading and trust me I suck at shading idk where to put it.
