This isn't half bad, it has some flaws like the flags on his back are a bit small and so are the airplane wings. I really like the shading on the white metallic parts and the dark bits of his body with crossed lines look good.
Keep it up, you're improving a lot!

Hmm, not bad.
Try to fix the eyebrow a little bit by making it a bit thicker, it doesn't have to fit in the picture, just try making it a bit more thick and a little higher up.
The iris should be a bit more round on the left and so should the pupil.

Here's something that i think would help you improve. Start off by drawing a base for your character (circle for the head, cilinder for the torso and some sausage-shaped limbs) then you should start adding the details to your character.

Pico looks a bit too small compared to the other ones, though.

Pretty good that you did this just from memory, his head is a bit wider than his torso though. And if you want to make him even more realistic then you should try to add some dark green spots in him like the real creepers.
