Could've used an english translation on the scenes with text in them, it got a bit hard to follow what was going on at those times but it was still somewhat easy to understand what was happening throughout thanks to the animation scenes.
Frame-work needs some work to make it look more fluid and natural, other than that and the arabic text here and there, i liked it!

I think it looks pretty good for something done frame-by-frame on MS Paint.
Since this is a demo i'm not really gonna judge on the story and plot going on but yeah, i hope your completed project has something easier to follow, this one just seemed all over the place.

Hah, this looks like an interesting new series of yours, do you have any release dates for upcoming episodes? Like weekly, monthly or will you just upload new ones as you finish them?

My questions are:

Dear Doggy, what's your favourite animation style, Western or Japanese and why do you like one over the other?

Dear Conroy, what's your opinion of cat on dog violence?

[Black & White Test Animation]

It moves very fluidly and i like the idea of having this sort of 3D animation in black and white as a full length animation. The character also doesn't move like a robot which is a huge plus!
Maybe a bit pointless at the moment but some shading here and there to reflect light and shadow could be neat, then again this isn't finished yet.
Good job, unfortunately i don't feel like i give a higher rating since this is just a test at the moment.

The time and effort you put into this project certainly shows during the animation.
I'd say it's more than worth it for you to continue it and judging by some of the other reviewers, i'm not the only one who'd like to see more of this in the future.

Here's hoping you end up doing the 3 other parts (or possibly finish it all at once and submit it as one big animation?).

Hehe, cool parody.
Persona 3 is one of my favourite games of all time so i'd really like it if you made more of these, there are lots of scenes that you could exploit and would mix in nicely with your humour and art style (like their beach trip for example).
Could also be cool to see a female protagonist like they had in P3P. Lots of innuendos in that one, i imagine.

Great job for your first animation, this right here is what a first time submission should be, you put a lot more effort into this than most people put in their practice animations, at least you bothered to finish it instead of making it only a 5 second loop with no sound, colours and all sketchy.
Nice touch having several parts of the movie sync up with the music.
Simple but kinda nice to see the adventure of this little red ball. Keep at it!

A bit too short and with a weak punchline for my taste but it's a good first animation! Keep at it and you'll be doing bigger and better stuff in no time.
Your flash could use a pre-loader so it doesn't loop forever, consider checking out some of the ones that Newgrounds offers you for free: http://www.newgrounds.com/downloads/preloaders/

[Akame Ga Kill Parody]

Very cool, nice and fluid animation, the lip-sync was perfect and the voice actors did a great job at expressing their emotions. Colourful backgrounds and a good sense of humour, it actually makes me want to start watching the show now, in fact i might do just that in the near future.
Little tip, to make your animations not loop forever consider putting a pre-loader at the start of your movie, Newgrounds offers some to whoever wants to use them: http://www.newgrounds.com/downloads/preloaders/

Nicely done, the designs are pretty simple but still somewhat nice looking, the punchline was good and there was a good mix of animation and real life pictures in the form of some guy's hand, i don't think i've ever seen any of your other movies if you have any but if you're thinking about making more i think you should keep using that hand, it could sort of act as your way of interacting with your own animations directly.

The voice-acting could use some work, though. I also noticed that your flash keeps looping, you could use a pre-loader, luckily Newgrounds offers some free ones: http://www.newgrounds.com/downloads/preloaders/

I know my voice acting was pretty bland, but i am currently working on learning voices as well as good sound effects.
