Well done, the lip-sync seemed alright to me and i'm glad you did the whole song instead of just a small clip, the drawings were also pretty good, could use some practice here and there but i really liked them overall.
I'm not a fan of Starbomb but this was interesting, maybe i'll try checking more of their songs. It would be great if you also animated some other songs from them.

Really liked the art style of this and watching it on both the mother and the child's perspectives was an interesting idea, the music ranged from creepy and disturbing to cheerful and nice really well.
Didn't really want it to have a sad ending because that's what i was kinda predicting, still, very nicely done.

Big-Bad-Bombus responds:

Thanks a lot for your feedback, and yeah I'm partial to sad endings. Glad you liked it though!

You should add educational to your tags for this movie, if you could add a pre-loader to this it would help as well and it wouldn't make this loop.

CharlieJindra responds:

how do you add a tag?

Some finer details could help this animation a lot, especially facial details, some shadowing and backgrounds.

Decent parody of infomercials, could've been a bit longer but a bit over 20 seconds is good enough, the resolution of the animation was very low, though, maybe try to fix it for your next animation.

You could've had someone animate this for you, then it would've been more accepted by the community.
I'd love to buy that book but i don't have any money at the moment.

Really good lip-sync.
The music was a bit toned down for my taste at least compared to the ending theme.
The part where the green thing (?) was walking on the park road could use some improvement, the road just keeps flashing to try and give us the feeling of movement but it fails.
I think you really just need to improve on the volume of the songs so they match eachother and the animation while he walks down the road.

Nicely choreographed and it followed the rhythm of the song very well, just felt like the ceiling was too far up, it gave the impression that there was a lot of wasted space, maybe if you had him dance to certain parts of the screen like on top of the bartender's table or had some enemies appear and dance with him as well it would've looked better.

Try to tone down the background music in the next videos or we can't understand what the person is saying (you said this was your first video of the series so you might've fixed that problem already, if you have, my bad).
The character models could also use more work, they look too flat and badly drawn.
I did enjoy the humour, though.

ShowemPoems responds:

Thanks for the review. I've been having trouble with the dialogue to music mix. Seems like it shouldn't be that hard and yet the music is always just a bit too loud. I'll keep working on it.
I've posted the second one. It's under judgement right now. Hopefully, the mix is better on that one.

Very artsy, i liked the hand drawn art style that you had here, sometimes this style doesn't work well with animations but this time it did.
The narrator's voice was a bit too robotic and unnerving, though.
